The help desk is set up to help our members find a way to solve whatever issues they should run across here on Where Worlds Collide. Be it technical, questions on how the forums works, issues with writing/drawing/crafting and etc.How it works:
you ask a question, or state your issue and either another member or staff will approach to help you out.
That's it! Easy isn't it? No taking any number, no waiting in line, no need to call a 1-800 number to get help. It may take some time, but all good things do come to those who wait.
In the future, we will put up an FAQ to make things easier for our members and staff. This will keep our forums clean from repeats, as well as make it easier for everyone to see if similar problems have cropped up as well as their solutions.
And do not forget that you can contact a staff member directly with your issues.
